Remember when Abbie fell through, and they had to get on stage and apologize for not protecting their employees and their existing severance packages? They promised that the loophole would be fixed. It wasnt. They lied. Change of control is 12 weeks severance even if you have been here 20 years.

Do they extend health care benefits for 12 weeks as well? My wife is pregnant and we need the coverage!
 












maybe i read it incorrectly, but it's whatever is favorable to the employee

So whatever is longer the change of control or severance is my thought on it- but could be incorrect for sure.

Let's just hope it doesn't come to that!
 






It's in one of the smaller sub sections, that it stated whatever is favorable to employee- years of service or change of control--

Again been a while since I've looked at it as well.

We aren't as dumb as you think. We don't believe your pregnant wife or sick kid stories. We know who you are. Your wife would have to sleep in the same bed and not be disgusted by your fat gut to get pregnant
