After purchasing a dermatology company 4 years ago, Exeltis is taking its final few breaths.
Dead you say? Wasn't it already dead after each wave of reps abandoning ship.
Yes and no. After each wave of reps/manager leaving or getting downsized, the brilliant leadership has rehired.
So what is different now? As many of you know, the wise and business savvy FM laid off roughly half of the sales force in order to SAVE mankind. They repositioned a few rookie RSMs and tasked them to rehire.
Can I get a tall glass of the Exeltis koolaid from Chambers? Before you drink that sweet drink, ask yourself how many reps have quit in 2018?
Last Friday alone, you had 2 more reps jump ship!
But won't California save us? You didn't hear? They decided NOT to rehire on the West coast because it wasn't profitable.
But NeoCera will save us! Good luck selling a 10th in class barrier repair to only patients with PPO insurance.
For those left, get wise and look NOW before you get a call from the FAT HR cow.
Good for those of you that are interviewing. I know of another 5 reps that are about to leave.
Best of luck in the launch! For those lucky enough to survive the future downsizing (My bet is the end of July). Ecoza will not make up the lost ground because it is getting subsited for generic.
