I would concede most of us are grateful for our jobs... they are pretty good jobs... i also feel and glass door would confirm most of us believe our CEO is a pea brain moron who can't make good decisions for our much loved company. Most also believe the company is not heading in the right direction. It is not impossible or conflicting to dislike and disapprove strongly with the CEO of the company that you do care about and are thankful to work for...

We heard that as well regarding the poor rankings of our sales forces. We know that poor performers were let go last year but we are still in the bottom tier! What can be done to increase the effectiveness of our sales force? We in HQ realize the sales $s support our jobs but all we hear about is sales force dishonesty, lack of commitment, not working full days, sexual harassment, whining about cars, etc., etc., etc. We can't fire everyone!
 






Trust me as a sales manager ~75% of our sales reps do NOT work a 40 hours week. There is no work ethic or integrity in today's sales force. Blame the millennial generation and old timers waiting to retire.
