Biomet trauma, sports med VS K2M Spine

I've received a few interviews and these two are my top choices. Biomet- trauma, sports med, biologics. K2M is a smaller but quickly growing spine company. I was a spine associate in the past for companies similar to K2M in terms of size and market presence and don't know which company would be a better stepping stone to a brighter future. K2M has a solid product line and seems to be gaining ground fast, but Biomet seems like the better choice because of brand recognition. I enjoyed my time in spine but pods are ridiculous and make selling near impossible, which is another reason Biomet seems to be the better choice. Both positions are with distributors, which would be the better career move for someone fairly new in device?
