So much for a smooth summer, it will be chaos.

Please stop spreading false info. NBU is the group that will undergo reorganization. Rxs have been flat for several years now and the new launch will be based on pricing only. If we sharpen our pencil and capture MC business, the MC reps will be responsible for pull through. For Shire to survive, we must make OBU successful. That's the truth, folks!

RXS of Vyvanse have been flat huh? LOL In the PED market yes but overall it's crushed. I mean even 5% growth on 1.7bil would crush anything Xiidra will do for years. The big new is not a re-org, it;s simply that low performing OBU reps will be getting chopped. There is no NBU re-org.
 












If "low performing" OBU reps are getting chopped, then about 2/3 of the sales force will be gone.

As a nation, Xiidra numbers have been flat as a pancake for some time now.

When there are no true leaders, panic takes over and that leads to confusion and fear for reps.

Throughout the OBU there is a great deal of anxiety. No communication, secretive and evasive RD's, etc. Bad for business when reps start to break out the resume and start focusing on interviewing.

In one year, the OBU morale and optimism has crashed.

Not bad reps, rudderless and cowardly leadership.

Spot on!!! This place has been a clusterfuck from the get go. Stop telling me MC is good, it's not! Stop telling me drop everything and sell! Docs like it but the insurance problem is just that A BIG PROBLEM!! It's hard to sell when all patients get is one month and then get Restasis OR docs won't even touch it bc they know it's not covered. We have nothing new but territories are SO SMALL WE'RE CONSTANTLY in offices and they are starting to get annoyed with us, NBU, Niinjas, RDs.

agreed about rudderless leadership, especially from TP. come on man, the RDs aren't the only ones that need to hear from you. We know you can't have calls right now, but an email here and there DIRECTLY to the reps would be nice.
