Kathy out, Bob out....some new guy from rheumatology coming in. This place is a clusterfuck of they do reorganize it would be ridiculously premature and shortsighted. They fucked up out the gate with making territories too small and hiring to many reps to begin with. Throw in this NBU cluster and you have a mess. Xiidra commercials have disappeared, disease state ones too. Advertising is all but vanished! Oh yeah and we still have no managed care in many areas.

Yep, spot on! Not to mention I'm seeing Restasis multidose EVERYWHERE on tv in print, shelf talkers IN Walgreens AND CVS WITH COUPONS! Where the fuck are we? Nowhere!
Home office get your head out of your ass, we're too conservative. You can be compliant and step out of the box. At least the BS conf calls, spreadsheets, and trackers have stopped. It was getting out of control. Now how about stop the home office ride alongs THEY ARE A PIA and NOT helpful or productive but make for a wasted day. Just let me do my job!
