Agree. The restructuring started at the top and will impact the field sales force by 7/1.

Some OBU territories are good, others are saturated with to many reps to sustain.

While it may be a cluster, it is needed especially when Shire is flat across the board.
 


















It's your turn in the Shire layoff lottery. When the stock tanks it's time to start cutting heads.

GI had theirs right before Christmas you guys will have yours right before 4th of July. It won't be pretty. Start interviewing outside of Shire. Get a head start on your Shire competition. Good luck all!

NBU or UBU layoffs? NBU just went through a realignment and with a pending launch I find it hard to believe they would want even further customer disruption.

No communication in OBU. No baselines given that were promised by Perry for the 10 by 10 contest-whatever.
Looking forward to having the NBU walking clueless into my ECP office for Q3. At least train then on Xiidra for a week...
 






OBU RD's know what's going on with restructuring...mine is like Forrest Gump when I ask about the company, etc.

NBU launch - - - it's only an indication change! OMG! Y'all must be NBU because you are as smart as a bunny sitting on a hill in daylight! Hahahahaha!!
