I hope it's later because after October 18th, iirc, wyeth legacy fall under pfizer's new severance plan and it is better than wyeth's.

6 more months of medical coverage, a stipend for retraining (whatever that is?), and in my case about another month of pay above my wyeth severance pay.

Sorry friends but not rumors. Manager confirmed there are new district boundaries. They are unaware of the headcount but are trying to stay positive until something definitive takes place. The regional managers have pulled back all sorts of budgets and resources in advance of a major change that will take place mid-month. There will be one point of accountability per territory. Territories will be larger to offset loss of dollar volume for shrinking the book of business each rep represents. This is happening. Don't be in denial. Phone calls will be made like last time. Don't lie to yourself!

Today is the final day of decisions. After today all DBMs, SHRs and PHRs will be placed for 10/1 structure.....questions that remain are 1) When will they announce it? and 2) Who many layoffs will be included in this re-structuring?
