They flew me into DC for interviews and I haven’t heard a thing. Has anyone received an offer??? I applied for the job around Xmas. Seems like an unusually long hiring process.
Doesn’t SURPRISE me. What a waste of $. If the company is ran like this, how could they possibly keep reps around??! That makes lots of sense, fly people to DC just for them to get interview experience. A joke of a process. Little do they know they will lose the best possible hires in the process. They’ll get fed up, interview for a competitor, and you’re toast. They were not real interviews. They were trying to give the CFO and his group experience interviewing sales people and trying to pump candidates for information.
Hope you had a fun trip
$120-130k
The CFO thought it was a good idea to fly everyone in. It had nothing to do with “practice interviews.” Grossly inefficient though and a waste of $ and time. Could’ve screened candidates virtually.
This is how Vanda is run. Lots of good people with no control. Sad situation.
Oh look - the new Ponvory team reports directly into the CFO.
Already trying to push the scams. Off Label from day 1!
what’s the highest base pay you
can get on the new MS team as a rep

No company car - the plan they have will not cover expenses

Nobody knows about MS
Their hiring process seems unorganized ?Why do they keep posting same roles for the hundredth time??! A bunch of scam artists!
They won’t let DM’s hire their own people. CFO and CEO’s son have final approval. So yeah, I’ve heard it’s pretty whacky.Their hiring process seems unorganized ?
