My thoughts exactly, did I make a mistake? I’ve only spoken to one person from the field that’s been honest and she did not paint a pretty picture.

I’m think this was a mistake, sold a bill of goods, they want to be something that they’re not. Poor leadership and unrealistic expectations and bs IC plan

If your a new KAM and had a decent job you probably want to ask for it back. The only way this place will get better is if a real pharma company buys them. In the meantime the rest of us that have been around will spend our days looking for something better.

Upper Mgmt is very green, inexperienced and quite frankly over their heads. Throw in their insecurities and insincerities and you have the dumpster fire called Zogenix.

Andy sure does want other people held accountable but not himself. He’s the leader and we haven’t even come close to hitting goals each quarter. Maybe he should be on a plan.

The real issue is the VP of sales is an inexperienced rookie at this thing called SALES! Fact ..... He’s like an immature kid still wet behind the ears trying to pretend to know about something that he has no earthly clue on.

They can’t afford to pay. The leadership is too busy building empires of Vps, SVPs, EvPS so they look more impressive for their next gig.

quite the structure for a rare disease company.

maybe they should have hired people who can lead and work instead of playing leader.
