Don't be an idiot. The goal now will be to maximize profit and thus, trim headcount. And clearly leadership in announcing this could care less about morale. And severance ? Any buyer will look to minimize acquisition cost so wake up, severance and raises aren't in our future. The good news for us is that this has been rumored for years and there have been no takers. The good news for an acquirer is that they could probably dump the sales force - most of whom hate it here already- and use their own. The only good outcome is an IPO - but there's no pipeline of anything unique, and when Vyvanse goes off-patent in 2023 it will compete with Mydayis- anyone think an extra hour is worth that much? Only the dirty 30 will do well here.
 












As usual, Shire makes no sense in anything they do. What I don't get is why they even bother with these surveys asking about morale when you know we are being sold off? You decided a long time ago with goal setting that you don't care what we make or where our goal attainment falls.
