2022 salaries


OK, so with all the talk around layoffs and how unfair AZ is to women, let's bring forward a topic everyone will have an opinion on.....salary increases.

The latest CPI numbers show inflation well above 5% and when factoring in energy is much higher. So, what will AZ do? The right thing and provide increases above CPI to keep employees in the black from an inflationary perspective or the 2-3% that has been the norm for several years?
We know they and all of pharma will lose no sleep passing the inflationary cost onto patients through higher drug prices. Will the rep on the street see a similar increase in their salary?o_O
