Leader here. And yes, I use that term loosely. Some "leaders" are so wrapped around the axle it's pathetic. Anyway, I agree that a great many of us need a change. I'm not walking w/o a package but will gladly walk.

Heard there is no MRP adjustment this year, meaning if you're over 100% the likelihood of a decent raise is rare. Gotta love AZ. Sure the EBD's and above will be just fine. AZ=serfdom

AZIP for PCP was +180%. How was your FSIP? Sales is being played as usual.
 






Well the crappy raises just got crappier. On a normal year we barely get the rate of inflation and then this year when inflation shy rockets, we might be lucky to get half the inflation rate.

Since you don't really work anyways, you are overpaid to begin with. Anyone here who says he is working "hard" is a clown. Did you sweat? Does your back hurt? Did you get dirty? No, of course not. You really don't deserve more than $1000 a month, really. I bet you have no clue what real work is, but demand a raise! Pathetic, just pathetic!
 


You people are so out of touch with the rest of the world where real working people (outside the pharmaceutical industry) are lucky if they make half what you do and work twice as hard. Most of you are thankless, self-entitled spoiled employees. The only reason you still have your job is because the leadership above you need theirs and play the game to protect their jobs. The reality is that the majority of you are no longer needed by physicians. You are only needed because your manager needs to justify his/her job. That's it! Get over yourself! Cry about a raise? Be grateful you have a make believe job with benefits! And grow up!

You will be very lucky to get half. If you don't, assume that you are considered expendable. Your mgr. is making a statement. Or you had a shitty year compared to others in your direct reporting team.

Thank you. 100% spot on. Ridiculous in the specialty space and what is paid (not earned, just paid). Reps making more than 100K are overpaid. I would love see salaries cut in half but make it up on the bonus side. And realistic bonuses, not the shit brands come out with. Maybe pay reps AZIP instead of FSIP or a mix of 50/50. Forces them to work. Will see a huge exodus but that is OK. Those are the ones who have been milking the system for years.

That is the absolute WRONG thing to do. If you put that much weight on bonus, people would start promoting off lable just to pay their mortgages & feed their kids. That would end up in a big lawsuit for the company. Both people lose. The company loses money & the rep loses their job. Not a good suggestion.
