OK, so with all the talk around layoffs and how unfair AZ is to women, let's bring forward a topic everyone will have an opinion on.....salary increases.

The latest CPI numbers show inflation well above 5% and when factoring in energy is much higher. So, what will AZ do? The right thing and provide increases above CPI to keep employees in the black from an inflationary perspective or the 2-3% that has been the norm for several years?
We know they and all of pharma will lose no sleep passing the inflationary cost onto patients through higher drug prices. Will the rep on the street see a similar increase in their salary?o_O

Curious why that poster is a dumb ass? Personally thought the questions posed were legitimate. What's the matter, ya don't really like a "speak up" culture?
Ha! Do you really think we give a flying f@ck about the so called “ speak up culture”? We just show that power point because it makes it look like we give a sh!t about you dumbasses. No go hit the back door!

You already know the answer. We will be lucky to have jobs next year.

First the good news: Nationally, wages are rising; now the bad news: prices are rising much faster than wages.

The October CPI report revealed that total CPI was up an insane 6.2% yoy - the highest print since Volcker's fight with hyperinflation - with core CPI up 4.6% yoy. At the same time, the gain in wages has also been impressive with average hourly earnings running at 4.9% yoy and the broader measure the employment cost index running at 3.7% percent year-over-year, these numbers are well lower. The Atlanta Fed finds that wages for job switches are up 5.4%, the highest since January 2002, and it is starting to bleed into jobs stayers where wages are now edging higher.

So let's see if the pool of $ given to managers at least mimics the ~5% outlined above when it comes time for merit increases.

If you’ve been at az for more than 3 years in a PSS role it’s time to move on. If you’re in specialty no more than 5 years. Az is a starter company and nothing more.

I disagree. AZ is not a starter company. Have you seen their assets? Do you know how long they have been around? There are people here with many years and are quite happy. You might want to educate yourself on what a "starter company" is.

I mean do you know how hard it is to be a man in this industry? We deserve a 10% raise! You think doctors want to talk to a guy that walks in or a women that looks like a stripper that can’t really talk medical in a high level? I will wait for a response!
