What was the reason for failure? Implant loosening? You realize the STAR was never released in the US with a HA Coated stem right. Poly Wear? Poly wear was in Canada very early on, SBi changed the poly when this happened (way before it became FDA approved in the US). So you're saying SBi or the surgeons involved in the study doctored the results?
