I’m estimating about 60 POA meetings. These meetings are just the worst. The people are phonies, clapping like seals for some fish. So glad COVID has gotten rid of these meetings. They are nearly as bad as riding with a manager. A glorified babysitter that does nothing but get in the way. Looking forward to retiring to Switzerland soon.

If the meetings are gone, how are the companies going to find a new and effective way to brainwash the reps and make them drink the Koolaid?

if you have intelligence and want to be a better person, run away from this industry.

you will find that too many people get dumber, as they stay in pharmaceuticals. they just don't grow up. its the same kiss ass at 25 then 50, and then they get downsized, left to be the clown in the circus, as there only form of employment.

most importantly, watch out for short men at these meetings. they are the most insecure, dangerous ones around that will do anything to keep their job, and throw you under the bus. short men are worse then women.
