2 ABM's leave within 2 weeks of each other. What did they know that we don't? Besides the obvious.....AT that bad to work for? Any news on the coagulation sales force? What the hell is happening, no communication!

Apparently he is. No communication, no updates on supply or anything else. No calls or communication when employees leave. Feels like things are falling apart.

Also heard Octapharma is throwing a big Christmas party in NYC for everyone and their significant others. Too bad the TBM's aren't invited, thanks Octa, glad to see we're underpaid AND not included in the festivities.

This company is so poorly run. No communication from strategic accounts manager and vp sales. People are leaving in mass quantities. Those left are all looking to leave. Only take this job if you are desperate.

Generally obvious that upper management is either unaware or doesn't care about reps. If they continue to pay under market averages and the lack of communication, the turnover will only get worse.

Yeah, heard you guys are in the mid 80's. Must be a bummer when recruiters call for your competitors offering more than 90 for entry level.

Yes, they both took promotional opportunities for presumably much more money but I doubt they would have been looking if they didn't have AT as a boss. That guy is the least inspiring person I've ever met, it seems like he doesnt even care. Things went south when he came on board.

and now FN has the nerve to send out a memo saying field personnel could be fired for breaking office dress code and hours? This company really knows how to motivate employees!

Terrible pay, totally disorganized, NO strategy or communication from leadership... The President hired idiotic VPs to run his business and now they can't retain good people. They abuse you and offer ZERO opportunity for promotion, so good people eventually leave. Something like 7 out of 24 have left in 2013 alone! You can't be successful in this market without a consistent sales force. Not to mention that the marketing department is a joke! Sad.

Leaving? Clearly he was fired. "Do not contact him regarding Octapharma business" means he was fired. Good riddance, he was a horrible leader and obviously had an inappropriate relationship with a TBM.
