Welcome to Market Access, Justin

Welcome on board, Justin. Here's some unsolicited advice.

1. You seem nice and kind, so be careful and don't let BMS change that.
2. Not having a US market access leader was a HUGE mistake. Hire someone good QUICK and make sure to hire for talent, not diversity.
3. Please end the insane LMIC focus. It will never make money and we're sick about hearing it. Folks high fiving each other in town halls while not making the company a dime. Idiotic.
4. We've heard you will be leading market access and government affairs in the future. Looks like you got the right background for that and the government affairs team has not produced a single win ever. Look at the IRA. Fire them all and start over. Please.

What other advice do other's have to share???

Agree. Fire the entire LMIC BS. Fire Powers. She is a venomous snake. Get a good HEOR leader. Entice John O’Donnell back. He will be awesome for that team’s morale. Take a hard look at GMAX access marketing leadership. The two VP’s are quite useless. Fire Greg Long yesterday. Bring in new leadership. DO NOT TRUST existing leadership. The screwed the old guard. Be RUTHLESS.

The next cuts will eliminate all of LMIC, every last one. It was the dumbest, W-O-K-E, D-E-I BS idea ever away. Choosing a white man, not a diverse woman, shows that Boner and Lurch see the political winds have turned.

That makes total sense. His background is in Corporate Affairs and not access. Payers don't know him, so they must want him to lead Corporate Affairs eventually. Health Equity has been purged. LMIC next. Now he can focus that team on access, not fluff, like they should have been doing all along.

Separate GHEOR from Access. Have us report directly into you Justin. Keeping HEOR under access has been detrimental. We need to be a stand alone function. Bring a STRONG HEOR
leader in to deal with the likes of Annette. She wants HEOR under her so bad, but is not qualified at all. We want to continue working at BMS. Working under her has been stifling.

The Amgen crew is out. Mike took care of them all and found them new jobs. He’s loyal to his people. Class act.

Can’t wait to see who from Pfizer Justin brings over. Hope some are good.

They wouldn't survive in medical. Medical works their butts off. HEOR wouldn't survive a week.
Thanks Annette. Your words of wisdom are duly noted & discarded into infamy. Just like the remainder of your career here. Fellating Lurch has led to a bad taste in your mouth. We feel sorry for you for that.

Justin: the top recommendation by far is kill Mancill's LMIC crap. I got sick of hearing that BS about "expanding reach of our medicines". How about we just sell where people can pay full price? What a business concept!

And look at access marketing. They are overbloated. Look at Keith Z. No one knows what the F him or his team does. Just potted plants by Powers.
