Company takes price hikes on products without any warning to field. We call it "mushroom management" (kept in the dark and fed manure!). Has happened more than 12 times now and it leaves us holding the bag with no communication plan from management.
Can't devert my products from the VA to retail and cash in at full AWP.

I was with the same company for 20 years and due to a reorganization, my position was eliminated. I was hired by a contract firm and the company I rep for is very good. The key issue is the pay cut and the strong possibility of not being rolled into the parent company. I have the same responsibilites as the company's reps and am held at the same standards at 2/3 the salary.
