The job itself is boring and provides no value! It's so boring! Managers are a pain in the neck and I honestly can't handle another damn field visit with my manager.
Downsizing is constant. Backstabbing culture. This is encouraged among fellow reps and of managers to their reps. Barely existent bosses or opposite, micro-managers who will wipe multiple reps out in a year to take the fall for their poor management decisions and virtually non-existent Managed care contracts. Hired too many reps to "fix" it just to answer to wall street and downsize by at least 1/4. Some with only three weeks of experience. The ones who know how to do the job get let go or leave of their own volition to be happier. Worse company ever at launching new drugs! Antiquated thought processes in today's environment. Metrics of A,B, and C targets is ridiculous for a biologic. CIA is killing ability to do anything helpful at fear of being fired. Absolutely miserable. Can't wait to get out!
Boss is a micro-manager who hates women, and hates American workers. He creates havoc in projects by inserting inaccurate information into client deliverables that cannot be later explained. He is full of constant criticism and consequences and never ever has one positive word. Salaries are not up to industry standards.
