No trust. We are going after small indications because we are losing our bread and butter due to not keeping up and partnering with other companies, better know as arrogance.
Toxic environment, more meetings less seeing providers, produce sales reports that take hours to generate that are never looked at. Send in the robots.
Mannkind is not perfect, but no company is. I have a feeling that people actually care about the mission of the company. Still room for improvement like with anything but I have no need to look anywhere else, best company I’ve worked for by far!
Love the type of work; hate the politics, backstabbing and company's lack of loyalty to long-term staff. Treated like a number, rather than a human being. Do more with less people has been the theme for the past several years. They let go of the folks who have built up their knowledge of the company, who have reached a salary at the top of their band, who are aging or are too "inconvenient" (by offering a package or forcing them out by making false claims or making the work environment hopeless and toxic).
