I left biogen so it's great to have my career back on track and be out of the RTP dumpster fire. Good luck to Pfizer when they buy that compost heap of a company.
The company I work for treats people better than any company I have ever worked for. It is a sales oriented environment where people are treated as adults with respect.
No quotas or comp plan and we’re now in Q2. Zero leadership. A CEO who hates sales and a Medical Affairs team that’s been reorganized for the umpteenth time. Toxic culture, no trust.
Leadership is non existent, Focus is on attaining credentials. MD's are awesome, 50% of nurses are awesome. Loosing all quality employees due to poor management decisions. no inspiration or desire to support the ones who labor the hardest to ensure the hospital takes care of patients.
my manager is bipolar and incompetent. you can always tell when she has finally had some D. once a quarter things cool down. She can't help it though, griffons is all women and their cycles are all synced. C week is approaching!!!! whats the fire drill this month? increase it to 10 calls a day, thats what the high performers are going and our price increase and decreased reimbursement is good for sales, so we should eb making more calls and letting more people know about it.
Terrible management top down. Micro-managing like most big pharma. Low pay. You move up here by glad-handing most of the time. They want walking marketing ads not true sales reps. Layoffs every year since 2010.
