While there are some great people, there are also a lot of a**h**** who ruin things - while senior managers turn a blind eye. Integrity and transparency is not the strong strength of this company. Plus it takes forever to get anything done - especially since there is no accountability and ownership. People either blame outsourcing/off shoring or only look in their own lane without a care to see the larger picture. Yuck - can't wait to leave this place

Narcissistic management with a proclivity for spastic restructuring. Senior management is rotational - visiting the US. Major initiatives are painful and fleeting. Layoffs every year. Benefits offered at hire are rescinded before vesting. If you are not danish or very attractive you won't be groomed or highly valued. Culture has gone from first to worst and it has driven out talented core employees. Positives - If you speak the approved corporate buzzwords and voice ethical alignment, they will treat you like a professional adult and the base pay is good. Best if you are 'woke', wear skinny jeans, and don't turn 40.

Maybe I am old school...I still find it noble talking to my docs(Med Oncs and Hems)about my products. Identifying or helping to identify the appropriate patient and then hearing about how patients are doing. I know there is a ton of crap out there(Compliance; Competition; Payors; Etc) but I still enjoy the discussion and getting a doc to use my products for their patients.

* Lack of leadership * Leadership changes * Executives allowing consultants to craft vision and deployment plan for company * Awful Salesforce RM that is not working and you can not get support * Cuts to all depts and not enough support for Sales * "Churn and Burn" mentality cloaked as "high performance culture" * Sales being held to higher standard that company is achieving

MedAssets Non-Acute Cape team is slowly being phased out. Provista's roster is garbage. We don't know any of our customers and they don't know us. We are forced to make 50 phone calls a day to stop accounts from leaving because our contracts suck.

Company overall: Boys club, no acknowledgment of your efforts, little chance for advancement unless you’re the F-buddy of the VO of sales. My former manager: deficient communication skills and even less leadership skills. Self-impressed kiss-ass with no hopes of getting any further in the company.
