How Do You Feel About Your Job Right Now

October 11, 2016

It is not uncommon for our feelings about our jobs to change from day to day or even hour to hour. Even those who love what they do and wouldn't consider a job change experience ups and downs. A negative interaction with a supervisor, frustration with an inflexible system, etc., can send job satisfaction crashing.

On the other hand, a big success, a pay raise or promotion, can make satisfaction levels soar. We wanted to give users a way to rate their current satisfaction levels and give a reason for their rating. You can view the ratings and comments here.

Some interesting recent comments include:

    - Managers are on a never ending witch hunt. They've been ordered to trim costs by managing people out of the  company. It's been happening for a decade. (rating – 1, 1 = I hate my job).

    - They leave me alone; boss stopped being a micromanager (rating – 6, 7 = I love my job)

    - long lasting highest internal pressure to reach unrealistic goals ; bad strongest competitive internal structures in sales; strange internal komunikation keeping field force silly and never ending brainwash with internal product advertising (rating – 3)

If you want to voice your current satisfaction level with your job please use the form on the right hand side of this page (you can also find the form on the site's front page). The entries are anonymous and you can enter a rating whenever your satisfaction level changes.
