Health Analytics Hires New Chief Operating Officer Strengthening Payer Perspective in Health Economics and Outcomes Research

A National Leader in Healthcare Research Heads Operations and Delivery Team

Columbia, MD, May 20, 2019 – Health Analytics, LLC, a leading provider of health economics and outcomes research focused on solving the toughest healthcare questions, today announced the hiring of Joshua Liberman, Ph.D., as their new Chief Operating Officer.  In this role, he is responsible for all research operations, ensuring the delivery of the high quality, timely research to an array of clients including pharmaceutical manufacturers, health systems, and payers.

Dr. Liberman brings more than 26 years of scientific and management experience to the team. Josh previously served as Executive Director, Research and Development Operations at Sutter Health. While at Sutter Health, Josh revolutionized the scale, pace, and adoption of innovation in health care. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Research Operations, Center for Health Research, at Geisinger Health System; VP of Strategic Research at CVS Caremark; and Founder of a research company known as IMR. He received his PhD in Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins University and is especially passionate about understanding the effects of cost and benefit designs on access to medications, value of shared decision making, and the role of the pharmacist and physician in treatment selection & management. Additionally, he has content expertise in Migraine, Crohn’s Disease & Ulcerative Colitis, and Cardiometabolic Disorders.
