U.S. declares public health emergency over coronavirus, bans travel from China by foreign nationals

The Trump administration on Friday declared a U.S. public health emergency over the coronavirus outbreak, saying it would bar foreign nationals who have set foot in China in the last 14 days from entering the United States and impose other measures on Americans returning from the country.
