Johnson & Johnson shares swoon as pharma giant loses yet another fight to protect Zytiga sales

An appeals court rejected a motion by J&J to issue an injunction against Zytiga generics, opening the market for new launches as a patent case plays out. Shortly after the decision, J&J said it will ask the Supreme Court for relief.
