transformations to death in Quality MED Device. 4 supervisors VP level/ Sr. Director in 3 years horrible. Certainly not the J&J of years gone by. Only care about cost savings and not quality
The work is meaningful and rewarding. I work with a fantastic team of people. Most importantly, I feel fortunate to have a great paying job with benefits after being a contractor for a very long time.
Have tried to get promoted/moved into another division for years. Have good evals, but company culture is very incestuous(?) when comes to jobs. Would rather hire a mgrs. spouse/child/cousin than a current employee for a position.
