With closing manufacturing the company has become a large aimless research place following the requests from Roche. Its executives are unable to make independent decisions
Constant "transformations" and lack of titles to "flow" to the work we want (meaning no one does the crappy work).
Was a great place to work, lots of flexibility, very little stress but now everyone is overloaded, no promotions possible with the lack of titles and a culling on the way.
