Depends which burough. Manhattan has a different manager than Queens/Brooklyn. Another manager in Westchester also has the Bronx. Another manager has middle to Eastern LI. Distributor runs the show. Managers run field operations. Reps "sell" through providing excellent service. Very insular group, organized like La Costra Nostra. Distributor is a badass. Sure he packs heat. Don't cross him. He always delivers on his numbers to corporate overlords to maintain control.
I hear the Bronx manager looks like he's from the jersey shore. I don't know what packing heat does for the sales unless he uses it to intimidate customers into using his product. But I guess that's how he's been doing business for years. Mafia style.
