Devon and Spears are history. Colorado is in free-fall. Sales are tanking now and the disaster is just beginning! Three senior reps already gone, more to follow. Leadership is a joke, commission plan is a joke, direct to 1099 is questionably illegal and a huge penalty to reps. What bullshit. Is this happening in other states or is just the ridiculously inexperienced and unqualified management of this area??? How is it possible to completely screw up a great opportunity to merge two industry leading companies??? These mistakes will take years to overcome....if ever.

We have had quality people in the organization that would be great leaders. Bring back John Kyger from KC, Gordan Chang is an honest guy who the team likes and respects, George St. James can add some energy. Team is down in the dumps with no real hope of things turning around. Great company, great senior reps and solid infrastructure to be successful.

Time to bring back Al Larsen! Great guy to work for.

Kyger is already back in Colorado. It's not just about calming the reps and office down on the home front but who do our competitors NOT want to compete against? Who can keep things quiet on our side but make noise in the marketplace? Al is great but not sure he would come back.

Al is much happier and healthier after dropping all the weight of a multi-billion dollar company focused on bullying employees and driving business away. He gets to enjoy his family and all he's earned. The knife in his back came from a former retail shoe sales person who had one foot out the door...

Al is a class act, solid guy and a very fair distributor who always did his best to support his reps efforts. Glad to hear he is happy and doing well.

If Devon and Speers are out for sure then ZB needs to step up and bring in a name that people know, respect and want to work with. We need a strong person to change the atmosphere around here.

Go back and get Paul, Buzz and Adams back... Those 3 say what you will were great sales reps for us in Denver. Those 3 are experienced and are successful with what they are currently doing.

Spears isn't going anywhere but up with ZB, y'all better recognize that real quick or you'll end up hanging with Dr. K's now former rep or the two losers that think grass is greener down south.

Down south is a mess. Had to be solicitation by the senior rep! I just hope ZB protects us from being taken advantage of.

Colorado is a mess and hasn't grown sales since the big change. Senior reps leaving will cause future problems as well. Leadership change has to occur

you just wait and see what us managers have up our sleeves, the rats that ran to Stryker will regret the day they crossed me.

We just can't let people who have intimate inside information and years of intelligence just leave and decimate a territory because they are asked to share the wealth with the other reps. We have to defend our business and the loyal people that stay put!

What another golf game? There is nothing up your sleeves, that is why they skipped away to Stryker.

Here's an idea, get rid of the managers. They didn't drive sales when they were Biomet, so why would that change at Zimmer. How often do you even see them? You wonder why they are going to Stryker? Easy answer, Managers who work and strive to be number 1. And are not happy being mediocre.

I don't disagree that the ZB leaders in Colorado need to be replaced and that the Stryker managers are aggressive and work hard. With that being said, we still cannot allow reps to solicit and violate their contract. ZB needs to enforce the non-compete and protect the reps that continue to stay loyal.

More reps will be leaving. The bleeding at ZB Colorado will increase. Who wants to works for these two clowns? And a company who doesn't value reps?

It would be stupid of anyone to stay. Unless, you are in the "group", you will never get the loyalty, respect, and backing you deserve. Word of advice, the more you complain, the harder they will work to destroy your business. And yes besides working hard at playing golf everyday, they will work hard at destroying you.
