This is either the worst kept secret in med devices, or the most BS post on here. I'll go with the latter!

 

All the good/talented folks are leaving Wright in droves. Maybe "Management" should consider building a wall -- not to keep folks out, but in the spirit of Nikita Khrushchev's Berlin Wall method of keeping folks in. Only way to stave off the terminal hemorrhaging of all the knowledge that's departing the company day-by-day.

 

It's all part of the plan. Drive out the folks who make the most, keep the money, appear more profitable, sell baby sell.
