AC in Georgia was the worst. So glad she was moved out of mgmt into the death pit of ID. The best was watching all her FWA girls scurry like cockroaches when they knew she couldn't massage them and protect them anymore.

Any manager in GA. AC, but she was moved to an account director role (she and her reps were all worthless, whiny birds). RF was all not her joke who wold have been 86d but had good reps. Let's see...they all pretty much suck.

Account director is the same as a janitor. Clearly reserved for people who want to spend time with the family and pull in 6 digits. She is worthless.

All RADs are worthless that is why they were made RADs. Go down the list and you will find a long line of people demoted and moved into a non leadership role. But this was done in a time when AZ could afford to keep deadwood around. Those days are coming to a close.

AC may have been whiny but she was hot. Meetings are a joy when she is in the room.

lets face it, waaayyy too many Sales Reps, Managers, Directors. It's a Ponzi scheme. Reps can't see docs, can't sell without managed markets, and only need about 13 account directors to get drugs covered and about half the total number of reps to sell all of our brands

The contracted hit team is on campus and making a list of those known policy offenders. AZ has known for years about these managers who have taken liberties with their expenses and faked work day reports. The hammer will come down on them first and then they will turn their attention to those of us who have done the same. AZ has a thick binder of numerous policies for a reason and they trained us on them to show in court that we were warned of the consequences. It is all part of their plan for these massive reductions in staff.

If you're referring to D. Bliven, he did fire/chase off all but 1 person.

This is happening now with interactions between legal, h.r. and the consultant layoff team.
It all has to appear fair and balanced but the goal is to eliminate overhead meaning high salaries and pension eligibility.

BS In Chicago is awful. Plays favorites and is out to get reps. All the Chicagoland managers are down to low numbers of reps and doing nonstop ride alongs. Az is a sinking ship. I'm trying to jump. Hoping to leave soon.

R Franklin in Atlanta. A true project for HR. His entire team hates him but are scared to death.
