I've heard that within 1+ year the entire team has left or managed out.
80% of team leaving is NOT a coincidence. Horrible morale.

 

Because the manager sucks and the reps suck

Ohhh Yes! Can not keep a full team, they leave at first decent opportunity. Even has trouble back filling due to her reputation. Candidates pull out after meeting her and asking around. She is notoriously aweful to work for, a thing of legend!
