Considering a job in WH. Is this division still going to be around in 2017?

Women's Health is probably the most teflon group in all of Merck...The CTLs are loved by Senior Management especially and have jobs for life...

Probably the best place in the company to go for stability.

Women will always need birth control, and want to prevent HPV with Merck's "miracle"
    Gardasil vaccine.

If they wouldn't svrew around they wouldn't need the vaccine. Keep the legs crossed!

Women's Health has about three years before half are released. Maybe less time than that.

In pharma sales time, 3 years is a friggin' lifetime...

A very stable and good group to hitch your wagon to.

How was Women's Health effected by recent lay offs? I know Primay care was fighting with hospital reps for positions. Of the 900+ that got laid off, how did it effect women's health? Also, is there anything in pipeline for WH? Good chance more lay offs next year?
