Why would a GI prescribe Movantik?

Can anyone answer this question? They won't, so stay out of my GI clinics and leave my Amitiza samples alone! Getting tired of constantly seeing Movantik in the Amitiza bins in my GI clinics, how exactly does Movantik work for functional constipation? It doesn't. Quit bothering the GI docs about a side effect of a drug they don't even prescribe either!

The GI Docs See Plenty Of PTS That Are On pain medication and constipated because of it. The drug will not work if it isn't oic so they are not going after that business. If someone is messing with your samples, he or she is an asshole. I have talked with numerous GI docs who see oic a lot.
