Why so much turnover?

"Hostile environment" is a complete understatement. It's a complete covert operation, with things going on behind our backs. There are certain people getting special treatment, advantages, etc, that other people and other areas of the country are not getting. TRUST ME ON THIS. Everything is "hush hush" and only for the special people who kiss ass. Its the most pathetic excuse for a company that I have ever seen. I really hope Otsuka investigates some of this stuff and does something about it. The key for us all is to DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT everything that your manager says and does. Protect yourself. Because regardless of what they tell us, there is NO TRANSPARENCY.

 

I just started not long ago so Im really too new to comment. But those of you who have been here, is it really that bad? Can anyone think of anyrhing positive to say about this company? Seriously

I see all the negativity. if someone is between jobs, is it truly that bad?

 

I'm sure a little bit of both. But, there is a lot of truth on what is being said. I imagine those leaving are thankful. It is a miserable company to work for. If you are doing well, life is good. But the doors swing fast far beyond control of the reps. If your thinking of coming here. I wouldn't great drug bad company..hows that in a nutshell

LTC seems uneffected by any changes.

 

The NAM Directors leaving had nothing to do with the DOJ and everything to do with Paul's lousy leadership. Hmmm, Interesting how sales have fallen apart since he arrived ????

 

Yep, sales are a disaster, especially Onzetra, and why is Paul messing
With the bonus program/setup.
No way most reps will hit the 40K
Target bonus this year with the current
bonus plan structure.
I like how some reps get 300 Nudex
Scripts a quarter , but their base line was 300 so they get no bonus.
When other reps their baseline is 25 Scripts and they get 50 scrips and
Then they get 20K in bonus. lol
(But one guy grew & the other didn't lol)

The harassment that the managers inflict on their reps is horrible

I guess we're being wiped out and replaced with the new sales force

As a former rep that left the company in 2014, I'll say this - Avanir is the perfect company to join, if you need a job. After that, it's only purpose is to get a check while you can still interview with other companies. The BEST reps wind up on PIPs and shown the door. You're working on weekly numbers that BETTER improve. No fun working with a gun to your head!
