Why is Nur leaving?

Just out of curiosity, what tool would you have rather had? Showcase is a pretty standard tool for pulling data from an AS/400, which is the platform JD Edwards ran on. Until a couple years ago, Showcase was an IBM product.

And if anyone is under the impression that SAP BI is any better, well, you will be disappointed soon.

The company I left Alcon for uses actual systems for analysis. At Alcon I was stuck using outdated software as well (showcase, excel, text files, etc). I know that they transitioned to SAP but I heard that it wasn't implemented well. Good luck.

IRIS sucks! It's been 3 months and I still have no idea on where my team is at with sales.

Interesting how so many of the incompetent senior managers in Alcon ended up at Galderma! Maybe they were good at "skin care"?????? Most of them were a waste of time in Ophthalmology................

Yep. Everyone who leaves Alcon becomes a VP at Galderma. They must have a lot of VP openings.
