As of January 1st 2016, 30% of the territories are OPEN!

Do you really need to ask why?

Because Applied Medical is growing so fast?

no dipshit. Try again. Because the turnover is the highest in the industry and nobody stays here longer than 2 years! Don't believe me? Go network and ask ANY account in America. I would bet $20 that they have had AT LEAST 2 different TM's in the past 5 years. And that's being generous, but again, it's just an average.

I love it when they get posts deleted about their alcoholic Zone directors.

You need to watch what you say in such an accusatory tone.

More to come after this Zone Meeting. Comp plan was pitiful. I couldn't even plug in enough fake numbers to make it work. I know at least two reps quitting next week and everyone else is looking!!!

The open territories are being filled with a fresh bunch of TMAs ready to work. Cleaning out the dead weight is part of being a successful company. We didn't just become the #1 trocar seller by chance we dominate the competition. 2016 is going to be the year more reps bust 200k then ever !!!!

You guys don't clean out dead weight. Everyone leaves so you always have positions to fill. Extreme turnover here. If you did have to clean out dead weight, then your company wouldn't even exist.

Absolutely. It must feel so great to be an "OR Rep" selling a commodity Trocar which requires a laser pointer and your wealth of knowledge. Next they will have a Veris Needle Specialist. Do miss the days of rooming up at the Courtyard. Why couldn't I expense off $7 beer. Oh I know, I should be grateful for the beautiful weeds view room in FRanch.

Don't forget how great it was to have a roommate.

People come here out of desperation. After a year they re group and leave, wishing they would have just stayed in the bad situation they were in before they came.

Bad company for top performers. The company is built on commodity salesmanship. Talent not required!
