AZ does not have LEADERS. These people are simply the buttermilk below the cream that rises to the top.

Buttermilk has some value because as a part of the recipe it helps. But it does not LEAD the recipe. It is sour by itself and is far from palatable. It has to be BLENDED with other things to have value. No one drinks buttermilk.

AZ leadership culture is nothing more than buttermilk leadership. Sour people who think they are more than what they really are; simply because they sold some product AS MEMBERS OF A TEAM and may have won a COE, it does not make you the CREAM THAT RISES TO THE TOP.

CREAM changes anything it touches AND is palatable. CREAM tastes good and makes people smile. Buttermilk, like a bad leader, makes people spit and possibly vomit. Like most leaders at AZ.
