Who are the worst managers?

Reps do own it everyday asshole! We actually make the calls, do the paperwork and follow all the nonsense heaped upon us by managers that in no way contribute to the bottom line. Shuffling papers and barking ridiculous orders and throwing out useless mandates don't put dollars on sales sheets. We have a right to vent and grade managers anyway we would like. They grade us by ridiculous standards with year end reviews and FCRs so why can't we call it the way we see it! This forum allows us to get it out there without fear of retaliation! So if you are not happy with our comments post a rebuttal. We in the field take shit from our customers, managers and home office flunkies so expect to get it back! Sometime the truth hurts!

Managers here are powerless!! Top down, dictatorial, metrics driven, stack ranking,deceitful, cutthroat,meaningless, two-faced, anti- rep place to work! All managers are conference call loving, success story sharing, primary care trained, ASM'S. ASM's remember the AM's are human beings, not machines and most of what the reps do is out of our control! We all know figures lie and liars figure so take those numbers with a grain of salt. You ASM'S stand up to RBD's and take this company back. It's headed the wrong direction and all of you know it. It could have been a great place to work but y'all have been part of the reason its become a miserable place to work! What are you going to do when your teams start leaving? Everyone is looking !!
