How many AE's and CAM's will KCI allow Jennifer Assante to run out of the company? WTF is going on down there? #3 rep in Post acute, gone for less money. Tenured, well respected rep, over plan, gone without a job in place before leaving. 3 out of the remaing 4 direct reports actively looking for another job.

Is anyone at corporate even aware of this idiot DM's failure? Does anyone at corporate even understand how bad this has become? Sheez, I'm from the mid-west and just can't understand how it could get so F*&^ed up down there. But then again, nothing surprises me anymore with this company!

Haven't worked at KCI for over 2 years. Have heard that Jackie Roarek, Chris Fashek, Joe Fineran, Paul Jankowki, Marty Landon, and a few other have been pushed out. They sure lost a lot of talent.

Territory Manager position open in South Florida ? WTF, KCI eliminates post-acute reps,tams,product specialist to "streamline" now we have stategic account manager,territory representative, and district clinical specialist. All they did was change the names of the jobs once they realized that these positions were vital in the first place. I love it! Whoever is steering this ship is another Titanic,Exxon Valdeez operator. Smith and Nephew is coming for all your business anyway, enjoy the swim!

 

We've added strategic account managers in addition to the field regional managers overseeing them.Plus we have a bloated national accounts at corporate that never seems to get downsized yet what is the result? We are losing business everywhere!!! Brilliant
