This product will be a joke. Have you watched the video on how to use this?

The newer migraine meds PREVENT migraines from occurring and you take them as soon as you feel one coming on. This will significantly suppress the market of sumatriptan agents. Not to mention you have some powerhouse companies developing them and will bring them to market. Merck just sold their product to Bayer for $250 million.

Completely agree. This product is in the farm leagues compared to the technology that is coming out now. Not to mention the 10 other products on the market for migraine that are pennies on the dollar (generic). Can't wait to sell this product against gold standards that are generic with a $10 co-pay. Here stick this up your nose and blow in each nostril. Good god what am I doing here!!

Amen to all the experienced reps who have figured this out!
This product is not like ours - we cannot make all the important docs into speakers so
calling on headache specialist and asking for them to write this is silly...

If you are actually all reps your lack of understanding is scary. Hopefully by the time the product launches you'll get some education.

FYI, there are prophylactic migraine therapies and there are acute therapies. Both have their place. The advantages of the Optinose device (and they are substantial) will need to be weighed against the cost and the goofy contraption. However, given what you've demonstrated here I don't think you should trust yourselves to do that weighing.

Yes everyone listen to the sales rep who has tremendous "skin" in the game on their "analysis" of a product that they will be selling and hopes to make a lot of money. I am sure am glad you posted your unbiased perspective and set us all straight.

You are correct and we are wrong since you are giving your true unbiased opinions and have no motive whatsoever. Thanks for the insightful, unbiased and tremendously helpful post!!

Ok I just looked this up. Wow. Words fail me. That is one cumbersome, goofy looking contraption. Patients are supposed to shove that thing up their noses, one nostril at a time? Don't know how well it will be received with Drs and pts.

ive sold in the migraine space for over 2 years and I can tell you that this product will do well. My product was way worse than this one and it still sold. I made some good money too selling it. This one should take a lot of business away from other nasals. Devices are the wave of the future so we are stepping up our game because all those preventative migraine meds you speak up, still aren't adequate treatment options for a majority of migraineurs. This isn't another me to product.

I envy your sentence structure abilities as well as your grasp of the English language. You have officially embarrassed yourself even more than your original fake post. Not to mention your paranoid therapy everyone posting on this site has a motive. Idiot!

You must have been squirting them up your nose, no real data on this ridiculous contraption to make it worth using.

Right, I left off an "r" in the word your, as you fail to use a comma 4 times in your "sentence structure abilities." Silly little concern troll...at least you signed your post properly with "Idiot!"

Oh good god even your critique of my use of commas is incorrect!! You are a complete jackass. Please please tell us more about your almighty experience in migraine and how this ridiculous device and 20 year old drug is going to do well in the migraine marketplace with 4 big pharma powerhouse companies coming out with a new class of drugs to prevent migraines all while competing with a generic that costs pennies on the dollar. Here blow this up your nose twice and pay 10x the cost of the same drug in an oral form. Please enlighten us with some more fake posts and information.

Have you ever even worked in managed markets?? Do you have any idea what they are going to do to the person who attempts to present the data with this nose blower? You might want to start investing in a new set of knee pads as your old ones are going to get worn out quick trying to sell this horrible device. Ready, set, now blow... Good boy.
