what does a Sr. Institutional Territory Business Manager make?

I hate seeing these posts. None of you have any idea. I do. I have extended the offers to multiple people. $130K was the high end for me to go. Now that Lynelle has realized that we can't get good talent, I have gone a little higher. Your target bonus is ~$32K. Don't be fooled. You will not make more each year. Good luck.

 

You're all smoking crack. No way you're making more than 130k a year WITH bonus.

 

You don't have a clue ! I'm not even on the higher end of base but I'm over 110 base and will make 25-35 in bonus and in not even close to a top performer.. I'm middle of the pack do fine make 6-10k per quarter bonus 12 on a great quarter so those in high performing territories are making 10-15k every quarter easily .. You do the math

 

I hope you make more than 140's as an institution rep since I am making high 130's as a community product specialist
