    Timing is perfect. Our copay cards don't work. We're behind on PAs. Customers very unhappy. SRFs sit in piles while the staff send faxes to offices saying what's wrong with them, even if nothing is wrong. Data looks great. Our office staff have told Lilly how to build a perfect program. Let the fun begin!!!

    75% clearance at 3 months in >80% at 12 wks, with 35% of those pt's completely clear in same time period. May also improve pt's sex lives.

    Stop worrying! You have a PSL that will fix it! They can do anything and actually do everything! NVS will throw cash at Biologics and the PSLs will get the job done!

    The hub is amazing. It only takes from January until April to get a copay card activated. What is your issue with this? They only fax and call your offices about fifty times to accomplish this, so that should be totally acceptable.

    Hard to admit, but I agree. Hub broken and can't get anyone to acknowledge that to fix it. Really weird vibe around everywhere right now and it just ain't good

    At the Taltz site, you download AND activate your copay card online
    You pay $5 if covered and $25 if not covered. Much simpler
    You enroll for Companion Care if you actually want to talk to someone. Simple

    Amazing. Simple. You get the instant access and the physical card.
    And more than a year in, we still can't deliver anything close. Epic fail

    Isn't it really odd how everyone on the LT lives in the land of rainbows & made-up creatures about the hub? So eerie, this vacuum or black hole they must exist in where they just pretend issues don't exist.
