was ECN aware of Korea NVS Bribery going on?

Was the Korea Bribery was going on with the knowledge of the highest echelon of NVS and ECN?

1. Non action against the alleged Korea NVS Bribery fame EVO and FC shows that their alleged invovlement is with the ECN knowledge.

2. Korea was an experiment and they wanted to try this bribery tactics in Alcon and thats why both EVO and FC brought into Alcon in Asia

ECN has to answer a lot especially when they are doing the ECN meeting in Asia. If they dont come out with solid action against the heros of this scam, more wistle blowing in awaiting against EVO & FC and NVS
