Interviewing for a sales position and wanted to see if any current or past employee has any thoughts or input on OI as a company, products, compensation(base and commission), benefits, etc..
Best science Best clinical data Best value to the wound care center Best IC plan If you are serious then then do not take my word for it. Write down on a piece of paper the 4 items listed above and compare our products and IC to any other company in wound care. We win by miles. The newest product is a blockbuster. The downside are some of the people. If you can ignore other peoples incompetence you can make a great career with cell therapys that change patient lives for the better. You can make a good dollar doing it to. Just smile, nod and say "I agree" or "that's brilliant" when someone in management says something out loud. And remember there are dumb and out of touch managers at any company. Good luck.
Used to work here. Mix of good people and complete idiots. Heard the new comp plan is decent but benefits suck. Ask to see the current business in the territory, especially on Federal side. DO NOT take a position with "tons of potential". That means they don't and won't use the product and the only people who do any volume wound care are in bed with another company. On commercial side beware the wage index. Get one less than 1.0 and you are toast- all your accounts will lose $.
If we had MR and MC back we could right our ship and ride our foreskin to glorious heights hahahahaha!!!
Goga did a great job here - more money and less sales. This is great for us TRS's. Plus I heard the managers say how nice the meeting were. Can we bring that back.
