    I'm blown away that everyone is talking about how bad neurology is And nobody seems to care that chuck has driven the morale of our entire team into the ground. We all want to up chuck and vomit all over this team. How did this happen? He is a incompetent and inspirational as a thumb tack

    Most horrific decision ever made in the history of Sunovion. How in the hell did "woody" get hired. At least if he was w cartoon he would be funny. Chuck isn't funny or skilled. This division has seen al all time low. Bring back jack.

    That's why he was overlooked for the VP position of Latuda. Get a clue! He just another overpaid, useless VP at this company. No surprise!

    Wasn't Chuck the one that was sleeping with TV from training a few years back? Maybe that's why he wasn't promoted! Should have gone into to politics. Seems more like his type of people. Hope that helps.

    Look at the talent that he has ran off or targeted. But hey...it's right in-line with his process. To quote him"if your not happy then leave...he actually said that in our POA. As he replaces all these people with big pharma types and hasn't went to the bench strength of some well qualified Sunovion reps. The Map program should a way to recruit outside the company. What A Joke! When you carrier around an FCR report, attack your middle management, and completely destroy a great culture of performance in 10 months...well the numbers don't lie. This isn't an off-year & we haven't been impacted by anything that this brand hasn't overcome in the past. Jack handed a 9 year old brand that was just "termed" as a growth brand. It will be lucky to hit 95% this year. This means for the year we'll recieve a Doesn't Not Meet...which will hurt us in the field on our overall ratings. Our managers will not have the ability to get us the ranking we busted our ass for. So while we are busting our tails...his micromanaging ways has pushed out, pushing out, or shut down some of us that has bled for this brand. Which is what made this brand great(The People)...people did what they needed to do to crush goals and not make a spreadsheet look good. We went the extra mile every day and didn't have to worry about our managers calling us 52 times about a survey or our NSD acting like he's an RBM. I don't recall Jack telling us that our iPads are coming by 10am "and this is no reason to stay home all day". As if we would you Big Pharma jerk off...we didn't need matrixs to motivate us Mr. Rodgers. So while I watch Multi-winning PCE talent leave the organization no one wants to address the elephant in the room...Woody! Woody how's those reports you've been running working out for you? It's all about the Development Of Our People...right? Chris it's ok, everyone has a bad hire...cut your losses and regroup before we lose more.

    This major shift in culture feels like a huge bait and switch. We were doing great with the old culture and struggling in the new. Cause meet effect. Now they talk about us going to a total target based compensation for new products. Where is the incentive to find new business? They seem to want to think for us too. Robotic sell by the numbers in a maverick field force that was second to none.

    i guess woody didn't like it. It's almost impressive how bad he was as head of the division. I think he'd do a fine job coaching any team that plays the Globetrotters.
