I am always seeing posts about labs that are not meeting the customers needs or generally hard to work with. In the past, I have been one of those anonymous people that reads all of the threads and silently agreed because of my own bad experiences; even lost some good accounts. Now six months into another lab, I think I have finally found a home. Their customer support has been great and I haven't had any complaints. I am hoping I can bring those "lost" accounts back on board. So tired of the bad, so glad to have found a good home for my business. Anyone else got a great home for their business or need a new one?
