Training is a joke ! They train you on only what they want . No disease states, other products . You will be a monkey reciting " key words ". Worst training I've been through .
Part of the problem is that we have managers who couldn't sell recommending sales reps who can't sell to become sales trainers. The days of having competent and qualified successful sales people training others how to be successful ended long ago.
